Brink of Reality / Jump Cut

My book on Canadian documentary is titled Brink of Reality: New Canadian Film and Video.
(Between the Lines, 1995).

The terrific cover was designed by Jeff Jackson, of Toronto. In addition to his book work, Jeff has exhibited his paintings widely, and some of his illustrations have appeared in The New Yorker.

I also compiled a collection of essays from the film magazine "Jump Cut."
That book is titled "Jump Cut: Hollywood, Politics and Counter-Cinema"
(Between the Lines, 1984)
